The aromatic spectrum of this full-bodied wine reminds of fruits of the forest and cherries, with gloriously fine tannins.Pinot Noir has compact grape clusters with small fruit. Following the manual harvest in mid-September, the grapes are left in large oak fermentation vats for three to four weeks, during which time they are continuously mixed by hand. After this, the wine is transferred to French barrels of between 228 – 500 liters, where it remains for twelve months. Once bottled, the wine is placed in store for another year, which allows it to mature.
