Intense, ruby red colour with a bouquet of berries and sultana grapes and a fresh and savory flavour, with mild tannins and a slight spiciness. 20% of the grapes are left to dry for two weeks then pressed with fresh grapes in order to obtain a pleasant roundness. Aged partly in oak barrels and partly in stainless steel tanks for 12 months.
