This wine comes from south facing slopes and other small vineyards with similar features where the volcanic origin soil is rich in clay and silt. Very drinkable wine with strong personality comes from small vineyards scattered over the specialised vine growing area where it is impossible to pick the grapes by machine and where the Garganega variety has been grown for many, many years.
